John Jenks
General Manager

John manages the entire operation of R&C Redimix, and brings 35 years of management experience to the business. He is excited about the continued growth of R&C. When he's not working, you can find John in Northern Michigan enjoying his cabin, hunting, fishing & snowmobiling.
Dale Ream
Plant & Maintenance Manager
​
With over 30 years at R&C, Dale has a plethora of experience in the redimix business! He's done everything from running the gravel pit's rock crusher to maintaining a well kept shop to hauling the concrete - now, a seasoned manager. Dale enjoys spending time with his 4 grandchildren and camping at the Mackinaw Bridge.

Plant Manager

Another R&C Veteran, Gary runs the every day operations of the plant. A typical day for Gary consists of dispatching drivers, ordering materials and communicating the duties for the day to employees. In his spare time, Gary enjoys his Florida getaways with golfing, fishing and enjoying his boat.
